The two projects in this cooperation are: the 60MW/120MWh(AC, AC) energy storage project in Maverly (Marfleet), England, and the 150MW/300MWh(AC, AC) energy storage project in Nilston (Neilston), Scotland. Both projects, Apatura by a UK energy infrastructure company specializing in large-scale battery storage and digital infrastructure development, have been acquired by Drax Group and will be included in its FlexGen (flexible power generation and regulated resources) portfolio in the future. Among them, the Mafflett project plans to start equipment delivery in the third quarter of 2026, and the Nilston project is expected to start equipment delivery in early 2027.
