After a week, on March 25, Hu Yuting, deputy secretary of the Jilin Provincial Party Committee and Governor, presided over a special meeting on the development of the "green hydrogen" industry, and once again made a number of key deployments for the province's hydrogen energy industry.
Hu Yuting emphasized that it is necessary to thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Jinping's important instructions for Jilin work and the deployment of the National Two Sessions, seize policy opportunities, and enlarge comparative advantages.
Hu Yuting pointed out that green Energy is the biggest growth pole for the revitalization and development of Jilin, an important support for the modern industrial system, a breakthrough in the development of new quality productivity, and a starting point for the layout of future industries. In recent years, Jilin has taken the lead in implementing the "green power direct connection and local consumption" model to promote the local conversion of green power into industrial products. A number of iconic "green hydrogen" projects have been completed and put into production, leading the country in production capacity, and the green hydrogen ammonia alcohol industry has become the country's largest "green liquid fuel supply base".
Hu Yuting stressed that green hydrogen alcohol, as the optimal solution of "non-electric energy carbon reduction", has broad prospects for large-scale application and has become an important pillar of the national strategic energy system and "new oil". At present, the relevant ministries and commissions of the state have jointly launched the pilot work of the comprehensive application of hydrogen energy, and the development of the "green hydrogen" industry in our province has reached an important outlet and ushered in a major opportunity. We should seize the policy window period, give full play to the comparative advantages of the "green hydrogen" industry in our province, actively do a good job in the declaration of pilot urban agglomerations for comprehensive application of hydrogen energy, grasp the initiative of the hydrogen energy industry track, and accelerate the transformation of the advantages of scenery resources in our province into development advantages with greater efforts and harder measures.
Hu Yuting pointed out that it is necessary to establish the concept that green hydrogen ammonia alcohol is a valuable industrial raw material, take innovative application scenarios and innovative business models as the top priority and key measures, and fully expand demonstration application paths such as hydrogen fuel vehicles, hydrogen energy rail transit, green hydrogen power peak shaving, green hydrogen heating, solid state storage and transportation filling, distributed hydrogen energy power stations, low-altitude economy, etc. to form large-scale effect and landmark progress as soon as soon as possible, project-based engineering promotes the development of "green hydrogen" industry and creates new advantages for Jilin's high-quality development.
