the announcement shows that the total investment of the project is 4191.38 million yuan, the construction site is the West District of Wusu Industrial Park in Xinjiang. Total construction area: 127083.72 ㎡. Floor space: covers an area of 330883 ㎡.

The construction content of the project is as follows: construction of 6 production lines of 20000 tons/year electrolytic water hydrogen production plant with an annual output of 120000 tons of green hydrogen, 1 production line of 700000 tons/year synthetic ammonia plant with an annual output of 700000 tons of green ammonia, 1 production line of 560000KNm/year nitrogen production plant, 6 electrolyzer plants, 1 office building, 1 circulating water station, 1 central control room, 1 liquid ammonia tank area, 1 hydrogen tank area, 1 desalted water station and supporting facilities.
