The document points out that

in terms of bioenergy, relying on Hongzhan, SDIC, Tianying and other enterprises, the focus is on the development of non-grain fuel ethanol, biodiesel, bio-natural gas, green methanol and other biofuels, we will promote the construction of projects such as the integration of hydrogen storage ammonia and alcohol in Tianying scenery, the integration of green methanol and green aviation coal, and the comprehensive utilization of bio-natural gas and organic fertilizer recycling in Guohong Energy, and strive to achieve revenue of 30 billion yuan.

in terms of hydrogen energy, we will coordinate the development of the whole chain of hydrogen energy "production, storage, transportation and use", carry out research and development on hydrogen production, hydrogen storage, hydrogen transportation, hydrogen energy application, fuel cell, new energy multi-energy complementary technologies and hydrogen energy equipment, and develop products such as hydrogen fuel gas turbines and key components, hydrogen energy safety refinement analysis software, and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) coatings for hydrogen fuel cell system components. Strengthen the diversified application of hydrogen energy and promote the popularization of commercial application of hydrogen energy. Develop non-electric utilization scenarios such as hydrogen-based sustainable fuels, and plan to build hydrogen-based sustainable fuel pipelines.
