Sri Lanka's "Daily Financial Times" reported on March 23 that Wind Force Company has won Sri Lanka's 13th national battery energy storage system (BESS) project, which is located in Panadura, with a scale of 10MW/40MWh and an investment of about 1.73 billion rupees. It adopts the Build-Own-Operate mode with a term of 15 years. The project is expected to improve the stability of the grid and help cope with the evening peak.
