In the face of a more complex application environment, Zhang Min, general manager of solutions of Sunshine Power Beijing Company, delivered a keynote speech on "Scene-driven Value Guidance: Reconstructing New Ecology of Photovoltaic Multi-scene Application" at the photovoltaic market development forum held at the same time of the exhibition, pointing out: "In the past, the industry paid more attention to topography and power generation, and then defined adaptive products; Today, facing extreme environments such as sea, desert and high altitude, we must go deep into the core of the scene, jump out of the simple product differentiation thinking, and define the solution with more innovative technology."
Based on this judgment, Sunlight Power has established a technical path of "scene customization and precision breaking". Relying on the full stack self-research capability, Sunlight Power has broken the pain points one by one according to the environment and power grid challenges of different scenes.
In the watershed scenario, GW-level photovoltaic projects have become the mainstream, and cost reduction and safety protection are the two core problems. Sungrow introduced a SG465HX inverter scheme, through high power density design and modular integration, reduce the number of equipment and construction links, to achieve system-level cost reduction of 2 points per watt. At the same time, it is equipped with multi-protection patented technology on the DC side. The mechanical switch and electronic switch realize millisecond shutdown without fear of series overcurrent. For the first time, it realizes lightning protection coverage under all working conditions in the industry, without fear of any bad weather, and allows safety to run through the whole life cycle of the power station.
In the Shago wasteland, wind and sand erosion is the biggest challenge for the stable operation of the power station. In addition to the string inverter, the solar power supply can also be flexibly adapted to the 1 + X 2.0 modular inverter, the whole machine reaches IP66 protection level, and the protective barrier is constructed through fully sealed design. Combined with special air duct structure and AI intelligent dust removal system, it can operate stably for a long time in high wind and sand environment. The program has been completed in a project in the Taklimakan Desert 100 days of wind and sand measurement, after five times of sandstorms, no manual station cleaning, equipment operation remained stable. In addition, Sunlight Power has launched an integrated platform design for DC-coupled optical storage solutions, which integrates a modular inverter series equipped with a dedicated energy storage interface, an energy storage system with a built-in DC/DC module, and a collaborative management system for Sunlight Power's self-research optical storage. The integrated architecture can achieve up to 8 hours of long discharge, support the highest 2.0 of DC/AC ratio, energy storage power ratio flexibility of up to 100, while achieving system-level cost optimization, energy conversion efficiency increased by about 3%-5%.

In this exhibition, sunshine power supply brings PowerStack 255CS, PowerStack 510CS and other industrial and commercial energy storage systems and SG150CX-CN photovoltaic inverters to provide comprehensive energy solutions for industrial and commercial customers.

The algorithm strengthens the AI decision-making ability and realizes adaptive intelligent scheduling in multiple scenarios: it can optimize the energy storage operation strategy in real time, and is deeply linked with each device terminal to achieve efficient coordination of light, storage and charging. Relying on AI multi-dimensional perception, accurate prediction and real-time correction, the algorithm can calmly deal with all kinds of sudden conditions, like equipping the energy system with "automatic driving" brain.
The Sunshine Cloud software layer supports automatic iterative updating of the algorithm, so that the equipment always adapts to the changing application requirements and maximizes the life cycle value of the power station.
