the first successful candidate is China electric construction group Hebei engineering co., ltd. with a bid price of 756.442867 million yuan, equivalent to a unit price of 0.9456 yuan/Wh; The second successful candidate is China Electric Power Construction Group Henan Engineering Co., Ltd., with a bid price of 791.763312 million yuan, equivalent to a unit price of 0.9897 yuan/Wh; The third successful candidate is Zhongneng Construction Group Co., Ltd., with a bid price of 809.98 million yuan, equivalent to 1.0125 yuan/Wh.

the project covers a total area of about 50.6 mu. in addition to the energy storage power station, a 220kV booster station will be built. it is planned to connect to the 220kV side of gaositai 220kV substation through a 220kV grid-connected line with a length of about 2.0km. One 220MVA main transformer will be built in 220kV booster station. 220kV is connected with single bus, with 3 outgoing lines planned and 1 outgoing line in this period. The 35kV primary system is connected with two sections of single bus, each section is connected with 4 energy storage and collection lines, and each section is provided with 30MVARSVG reactive power compensation device and a 630kVA grounding transformer. One 35kV station transformer and one 10kV standby station transformer are set in the whole station. In the 220kV booster station, a duty complex building, a dangerous tool room, a fire integrated pool and other ancillary facilities shall be constructed.

The scope of this tender includes the energy storage system project, 220kV booster station project, survey and design of the delivery project, procurement of equipment and materials, project construction, etc., and the EPC "turnkey project" that meets all the above conditions ".
