The project is located in Batang County, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, with an average elevation of 4000-5100 meters. The project is a new energy pilot project of the clean energy base in the upper reaches of the Jinsha River, which is the key construction of the national "14th Five-Year Plan". It is also my country's first million-kilowatt plateau mountain photovoltaic project that "started in the same year and put into production that year. The 9th Hydropower Bureau is responsible for the construction of the project's 220 kV transmission line project III bid and 2 220 kV intelligent booster stations.

Strictly observe the red line of ecological protection, by accurately delimiting the scope of construction work and popularizing and applying low disturbance construction technology, the impact of project construction on mountain vegetation and water and soil environment along the route will be minimized. In view of the obstruction problem of construction scheduling caused by "signal blind area" in no man's land, the project team actively explored the technical attack path, established the "Beidou positioning satellite communication" dual-guarantee emergency communication system, and uniformly equipped Beidou positioning terminal and portable satellite telephone for each construction team, to achieve full coverage of signals in the construction area, to ensure the efficient and smooth transmission of instructions, personnel scheduling and emergency response; The party branch of the project will give full play to its role as a battle fortress, with party members taking the lead in charging ahead to overcome difficulties and obstacles. At the same time, it has carried out many sympathy activities to ensure that the workers can stay and do a good job.
After the project is put into operation, it can deliver 2.1 billion kwh of green electricity to central China every year, save about 640000 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by more than 1.7 million tons, which is of great significance to ensure national energy security, optimize energy structure, promote regional coordinated development and help realize the "double carbon" goal.
