700kg of hydrogen sold per day, the country's first 10,000-ton photovoltaic hydrogen production project completed the first car filling

on March 20, the reporter learned from Zhungeer economic development zone that Erdos hanxia new energy co., ltd., located in Zhungeer economic development zone, Erdos city, successfully completed its first tube bundle container hydrogen charging task in 2026, with a charging capacity of 423kg and a high purity of 99.999 of the national standard, marking that the country's first 10,000-ton photovoltaic hydrogen production project has officially entered a new stage of coordinated development of large-scale charging and multi-scale consumption.

the project is jointly invested and constructed by China three Gorges group and inner Mongolia manshi group, with a total investment of 2.35 billion yuan. it is the first batch of approved, the first construction and the first 10,000-ton integrated demonstration project of wind and wind hydrogen production in inner Mongolia autonomous region. The project innovation adopts the "two-zone echo" mode-that is, the photovoltaic plant area and the hydrogen production plant area echo each other at a distance and cooperate with each other. For the first time in China, the bottleneck of 60km long-distance photohydrogen integration technology has been broken through. Among them, the photovoltaic plant area uses coal mining subsidence backfill area for construction, and the hydrogen production plant area relies on the layout of industrial parks to realize the efficient integration of clean energy.

Ji mengbo, deputy general manager of Erdos hanxia new energy co., ltd., said that at present the project has achieved efficient production and sales connection, with a daily hydrogen filling and sales volume of 700kg and an average daily hydrogen production volume of 10000 standard square meters. The green hydrogen produced not only covers Hubao'e and its surrounding areas, but also radiates Shanxi and Shaanxi provinces, and is widely used in many fields such as hydrogenation stations, chemical synthesis, electronic special gas, etc. At the same time, the project is accelerating the construction of a hydrogen pipeline network, deepening cooperation with downstream enterprises, and focusing on building a full-chain green hydrogen absorption system.

As an industry benchmark project, the project can save 226000 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 594000 tons per year, which not only provides core support for clean energy substitution in Zhungeer Banner, but also sets an example for the high-quality development of the national scenery hydrogen production industry.
