"This year, the Chinese government will focus on the following areas: building a strong domestic market, accelerating the cultivation and expansion of new growth momentum, accelerating the realization of high-level scientific and technological self-reliance, continuing to deepen reforms in key areas, and further expanding high standards Opening up, comprehensively promoting rural revitalization, promoting new urbanization and coordinated regional development, taking stronger measures to ensure and improve people's livelihood, and comprehensively accelerating green transformation, strengthen risk prevention and resolution and security capacity building in key areas," Zhu Maoming said. "These policies have also brought many new opportunities for Dominica."

First of all, he said that China will further expand its high-standard opening up to the outside world. "We will adhere to win-win cooperation, steadily advance institutional opening-up, promote wider international economic flows, and push forward reform and development through opening-up," Zhu Maoming said, "We will promote the negotiation and signing of more regional and bilateral trade and investment agreements, and maintain and develop an open world economy.
