Shaanxi Foping Pumped Storage Power Station Project Underground Plant Network Beam Pouring Completed

On March 23, the concrete pouring of the network beam of the underground plant of Foping Pumped Storage Power Station was successfully completed, and the construction of the core load-bearing structure of the plant was successfully completed, marking a major breakthrough in the construction of the main project. This measure cleared the key obstacles for the subsequent bridge crane installation and unit placement, and laid a solid foundation for the project to be put into operation on schedule.

The underground powerhouse is the core area of the power station. As a key permanent load-bearing structure, the grid girder can be called the "load-bearing backbone" of the powerhouse, which is directly related to the safety and service life of the power station. The project is located in the underground cavern in the deep mountains of the Qinling Mountains. The operating space is narrow, the construction interference is many, and the concrete pouring accuracy, temperature control and anti-seepage requirements are extremely high, and the construction is difficult. The project team optimized the construction plan in advance, adopted the warehouse jumping method to prevent and control concrete cracks, strictly controlled the quality of all links such as steel bar binding, pouring and maintenance, and finally successfully completed the pouring task, and the structural quality passed the one-time acceptance.
