on March 24, the Guangdong provincial energy bureau released a list of areas with difficulties in the consumption of distributed photovoltaic networks in the first quarter of 2026 and an announcement on the early warning level of low-voltage distribution networks.

2. the early warning level of low-voltage distribution network connection

according to the notice of the general department of the national energy administration on issuing and carrying out the pilot work of evaluating the carrying capacity and improving measures of distributed photovoltaic power grid (guaneng zongtong xinneng [2023] No. 74), after evaluation, the early warning level of low-voltage distribution network connection in the above-mentioned areas with difficult network consumption is "restricted", the warning level of low-voltage distribution network connection in other regions is "good" or "general". The specific access capacity of low-voltage distribution network can be inquired from the power grid enterprise (local power supply business hall).
