The project deeply integrates photovoltaic power generation and hybrid energy storage technology to build a clean energy supply system with "spontaneous self-use, flexible regulation, safety and efficiency.

The total installed energy storage capacity of the project is 10MW/20MWh, and the total photovoltaic capacity is 11.38MW, forming a complete green energy link of "photovoltaic power generation hybrid energy storage, different from the single energy supply mode, the project captures clean electric energy through the photovoltaic system, and relies on the hybrid energy storage system to realize the storage, allocation and complementarity of electric energy, which can not only maximize the consumption of photovoltaic clean energy, avoid waste of light, but also accurately match the power demand of cement production, provide continuous and stable power support for the production process, and build a closed-loop intelligent energy system with deep integration of power generation side, energy storage side and power side, realize the intelligent coordination and optimal operation of energy production, storage, consumption and regulation of the whole life cycle.

The advantages of the two technologies complement each other, lithium iron phosphate can quickly respond to short-term load fluctuations, all-vanadium liquid flow battery has both high safety and long life, to achieve the dual goal of "short-term peak-shaving long-term energy storage", adapt to the energy demand of the cement industry, and provide a replicable demonstration paradigm for industrial energy storage.
