In the global process of building new power systems, energy storage has become an indispensable cornerstone of stability. Win-Tech can continue to deepen the European market, the recent cooperation with Latvian energy developers have made significant progress, is about to open a new chapter of 120MWh deep cooperation. With the successive landing of Latvian projects, we have also taken solid and steady steps in the energy map of Eastern Europe.
Steady progress: Double project successfully landed Riga
Our cooperation with Latvian partners starts with a precise response to energy demand. The first project of cooperation between the two sides was installed in October and the commissioning and grid connection were completed quickly in November. The system adopts the standardized energy storage scheme of win-win digital energy, focuses on peak-cutting and valley-filling, smoothes the regional load curve through efficient daytime charging and discharging, and improves the economy of the power grid.
The successful commissioning of a number of projects has verified the high adaptability and reliable delivery of our products. The second batch is expected to be completed this month, reflecting the deepening and expansion of functions. The project adopts the 3.086MWh container and 3MW Shenghong Boost Variable Module, which aims to provide integrated peak adjustment and frequency regulation services. It can not only participate in energy scheduling, but also achieve second-level frequency response, and become a "generalist" for the safe operation of the power grid ".

Trust and win-win: from project fulfillment to strategic synergy
The smooth progress of the first two projects has forged a solid foundation of trust between the two parties. On this basis, Yingke Digital Energy recently signed a third project, marking another important leap in the scale and depth of cooperation between the two parties. The system configuration includes 3 3.086MWh energy storage containers and Shenghong 4.5MW integrated cabin. It will fully focus on power grid frequency modulation service, provide vital instantaneous frequency support for Latvian power grid with greater power and faster response capability, and effectively improve its operation safety and toughness in the environment of high proportion of renewable energy access.
The smooth landing of this series of projects is based on a clear and efficient cooperation model: supported by professional investors, Win-Tech can serve as a core solution provider, delivered through reliable EPC channels, and continuously create value for local project developers. All systems are successfully connected to the European third-party energy management system (EMS), achieving compliance and intelligence of operations.
Based on continuous mutual trust and synergy, our cooperative relationship has achieved a qualitative leap from single project execution to long-term strategic synergy. At present, the two sides have reached a consensus that they will work together to advance the common goal of the next stage: to cooperate in the development and construction of a large-scale energy storage project cluster in Latvia with a total amount of 120MWh. This marks the formal entry of our collaboration into a new phase of scale and institutionalization, working together to build a more resilient and sustainable regional energy future.
At present, Win-Tech can deeply cultivate the Latvian energy storage market and work with local partners to build a multi-layer, reliable and flexible energy storage network. In the future, we will continue to rely on technology and delivery to empower partners to seize the opportunities of transformation and continue to provide Europe with a stable, clean and smart energy future.
