The water diversion system of Shtai Pumping Storage Power Station adopts the water supply mode of two holes and four machines. The hydraulic test of steel bifurcated pipe adopts the method of the whole test after the two straight pipe sections of steel bifurcated pipe are connected. The test pressure rises from 0 MPa to the design test pressure of 5.8 MPa step by step, and the pressure is relieved to 0 MPa step by step after the maximum pressure is maintained for 30 minutes. Two complete pressure-increasing and pressure-decreasing cycles are completed in total. There is no leakage during the test. The monitoring data such as stress, strain, displacement and deformation of the steel bifurcation pipe meet the design and specification requirements.

To ensure that the test is foolproof, shitai Supervision Department organized all parties to complete the special examination of hydraulic pressure test scheme and hydraulic pressure monitoring scheme in advance.
