the project application unit is junruilu hydrogen energy (chahar right wing rear flag) co., ltd, the construction site is located in the New Materials Industrial Park of Chahar Right-wing Houqi, Wulanchabu City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with a total investment of 974 million yuan. The planned construction period is 2026/04 to 2027/10.
the main construction contents of the project are as follows: a new hydrogen production station with a hydrogen production capacity of 14400 tons/year, equipped with 56 x1000Nm3/h alkaline electrolyzer and 14x2000m3 hydrogen storage and other equipment, as well as public auxiliary facilities such as power distribution station, demineralization water treatment system, circulating cooling water system and hydrogen transportation system, with a total land area of 300 mu, and the equivalent annual operation time of the project is 3000 hours.
Public information shows that the investor of the project, Junrui Green Hydrogen Energy (Chahar Right Wing Houqi) Co., Ltd., is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Junrui Hydrogen Energy Development (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. Junrui Hydrogen Energy Development (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. also holds a 100 percent stake in Junrui Green Hydrogen Energy (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Junrui Hydrogen Energy").
since its establishment in February 2023, junrui hydrogen energy has made rapid progress in project development with the goal of becoming one of the largest green hydrogen producers in the world. its green hydrogen projects are mostly concentrated in areas rich in scenery resources such as inner Mongolia, Xinjiang and Gansu. Previously, 20 projects have been intensively filed in Xinjiang through its companies, which are regarded as the local "big owners of green hydrogen projects" in the industry ".
Since the second half of 2025, the layout of Junrui Hydrogen Energy has shown an obvious trend of extending from Xinjiang to Inner Mongolia. With the filing of the Chahar right-wing rear banner project, public information shows that Junrui Hydrogen Energy has landed at least five green hydrogen projects in Inner Mongolia, and its investment layout is rapidly spreading in Inner Mongolia.
