(II) enterprises to apply for the preferred document

(III) submission of application materials

4. declaration requirements
(I) declaration enterprises must be registered in the the People's Republic of China and have independent legal personality; Have the ability to invest in energy storage projects; Not included in the list of disciplinary targets for dishonesty;
There have been no serious and major or above safety production accidents in Xilin Gol League; it has the ability to independently bear civil liability and the investment strength of energy storage power station.
the (II) allows the reporting subject to declare the project in the form of independent or consortium. if the reporting subject is a consortium and the number of consortium members does not exceed 3, the relevant consortium agreement shall be submitted, the leading enterprise shall be clearly defined, and the key matters such as the ownership structure and division of responsibilities of the project company established to implement the project shall be agreed.
(III) In principle, the investment entity shall set up an independent project company (business scope covers energy storage and power business) at the project location, and have completed the internal investment decision-making process of the group company.
The site selection of the (IV) project should be in line with the territorial and spatial planning, with clear land ownership and no restrictions.
The (V) reporting subject is in a normal state of operation, in good financial condition, and is not in a state of being ordered to suspend business, property being taken over, frozen or bankrupt.
(VI) reporting subjects (including members of the consortium, the same below) are not included in the list of serious dishonest subjects in "credit China" (https://www.creditchina.gov.cn); In the "China implementation information disclosure network" (https://zxgk.court.gov.cn/shixin) is not included in the list of dishonest enforcers; In the "national enterprise credit information publicity system" (https://www.gsxt.gov.cn) is not included in the list of serious illegal and dishonest enterprises; in the "China Government Procurement Network" (http://www.ccgp.gov.cn) has not been included in the list of serious violations of government procurement records.
