A subsidiary of EVE Energy has established a research and development branch in Wuhan.

On December 31, EVE Energy issued an announcement stating that the third meeting of the company’s seventh board of directors had reviewed and approved the “Proposal on Establishing a Branch Company by EVE Power.” The proposal authorized the company’s subsidiary, Hubei EVE Power Co., Ltd., to set up a branch in Wuhan, and granted the management of EVE Power the authority to oversee the specific implementation of this matter and handle the relevant procedures. By establishing a branch in Wuhan, a city rich in higher education resources, with a strong research foundation and a concentration of high-caliber talent, EVE Power will further enhance its ability to attract and integrate top-tier scientific researchers and technical experts across the Central China region. This move will facilitate the establishment of close R&D collaboration networks with local prestigious universities, research institutes, and industry-chain partners, enabling resource sharing and complementary advantages. At the same time, it will bring the company closer to customers and market frontiers, accelerating the commercialization and application of R&D outcomes, thereby continuously driving the optimization and upgrading of EVE Power’s products and services. EVE Energy stated that the establishment of a branch office by EVE Power in Wuhan will have a positive impact on the company’s overall business development, is consistent with the company’s strategic plan, and will not have a material adverse effect on the company’s financial condition or operations. There is no situation that would harm the interests of the company or its shareholders, particularly small and medium-sized shareholders.
