By project type, offshore PV accounts for 2,808 MW, fishery-solar co-generation 2,702 MW, and rooftop distributed generation 729 MW. From an investment perspective, Datang Group has the largest project portfolio, with a total capacity of 1,322 MW. China Huadian Corporation, China Resources Power, China Energy Investment Corporation, and China Huaneng Group each have projects exceeding 500 MW.
As required by the relevant documents, after project filing, the basic implementation information—such as commencement of construction, construction progress, and completion—must be promptly submitted via the online platform in accordance with regulations. Except for exemptions specified by the National Energy Administration, projects shall obtain a power business license within six months after grid connection.
