1. Tender Conditions
The procurement project of the crystalline silicon-perovskite tandem coating system at Xinjiang Shibang Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. has been approved by the relevant project approval/authorization/filing authority. The project is funded by other sources amounting to XXX, and the procuring entity is Xinjiang Shibang Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. This project now meets the conditions for tendering, and the current tendering method is other. 1. The bidder must meet the following conditions: (1) Comply with Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China; (2) Be a corporate entity legally established and registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China, possessing independent legal person status and a valid business license.
1.2 Specific Qualification Requirements for This Project:
(1) Joint ventures are not accepted.
1.3 Bidders with any of the following adverse credit records shall not be recommended as candidate winning suppliers, nor shall they be determined to be the winning supplier:
(1) The bidder has been listed by the people’s court as a discredited person subject to enforcement;
(2) The bidder, its legal representative, or the proposed project manager (project leader) has been included in the procuratorate’s bribery crime database;
(3) The bidder has been placed on the list of enterprises with abnormal operations by the market supervision and administration department;
(4) The bidder has been added to the tax authorities’ list of parties involved in major tax-related illegal cases;
(5) The bidder has been included in the government procurement regulatory authority’s record list of serious violations of law and loss of trust in government procurement activities.

On December 26, 2023, Jinko Solar signed the “Supplemental Agreement (I) to the Equity Acquisition Agreement of Xinjiang Jinko Energy Company” and the “Supplemental Agreement (II) to the Equity Acquisition Agreement of Xinjiang Jinko Energy Company” with Ziyang Major Industry Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), Dong Shihong, and Sichuan Shiyang Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The agreed purchase price for the 100% equity interest in Xinxin Shiban Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Xinjiang Jinko Energy Co., Ltd.), a wholly owned subsidiary of Jinko Solar, is RMB 4.3 billion.
