Under the cooperation agreement, CATL will, building on the first-phase project of its CATL (Guizhou) New Energy Power and Energy Storage Battery Production Manufacturing Base that has already been completed and put into operation, invest in the construction of a second-phase project. The planned design calls for an annual production capacity of 30GWh of power and energy storage batteries, covering an area of approximately 550 mu.
