According to reports, the 100,000-ton-per-year green aviation fuel project, once completed, will become the largest green aviation fuel production base in high-altitude regions worldwide. It is being invested in and constructed by Tibet Kunlun Guangyu Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. As a region in China rich in clean energy resources, Tibet has long faced the challenges of difficulty in transmitting power out of the region and weak local consumption capacity. Green aviation fuel, with its high energy density and ease of storage and transportation, holds promise as a breakthrough for transforming Tibet’s clean energy resources. According to information from Qichacha, the ultimate controlling shareholder of Tibet Kunlun Guangyu Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is China National Petroleum Corporation, which exercises indirect control through a multi-tiered equity structure.
